Reinforced PVC hoses are strong, multi-purpose, and durable braided hoses which are specifically designed to transport both pressurised and unpressurised:

    • Liquids
    • Chemicals
    • Gases

Its specialised design to transport these substances makes it a popular solution for food and drink distribution. Reinforced PVC hose, ideal for conveying air and liquids, is highly flexible, low-toxicity, and designed to withstand high pressure and deliver excellent flow rates.

Consequently, PVC tubing complies with food and drink safety regulations and is approved for use with consumables. Reinforced PVC tubing is generally constructed from three-ply, low-toxicity PVC.

This material makes it an abrasion- and chemical-resistant hose that doesn’t compromise on flexibility and delivers excellent flow rates and reliability at high working pressures.

It also complies with certified food and drink standards, giving users confidence that no unwanted odours or flavours will be imparted to their products.

Just some of the potential applications of reinforced PVC tubing include:

    • Brewing
    • Food handling
    • Beverage lines
    • Compressed air & gas
    • Chemical transfer
    • Water & fluid lines

We can manufacture this range of hoses in a high-specification material specified by the UK brewing industry.

    The main benefits include

Chemical & abrasion resistant. Due to its reinforced properties, this tubing is ideal for applications requiring a tube that resists abrasion and chemical contact.

    Highly flexible

The rubber-like flexibility of PVC gives tubing and hoses reliable strength and durability, even under changing temperatures and conditions. It can even be used at low temperatures down to -45°C while maintaining strength and pliability.

Reliable at high working pressures, Reinforced PVC tubing offers strong pressure resistance and is available in flexible and semi-rigid options to meet your bespoke needs. Suitable for food and drink distribution due to PVC being a minimum toxicity substance.

The minimum toxicity PVC material meets food and drink safety regulations and is compliant with:

    1. REACH – Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
    2. RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive
    3. BSI ISO 9001

Because PVC hose complies with the above, it is ideally suited for use in various industries and applications, including brewing, food handling, chemical transfer, and fluid lines. REACH, RoHS and BSI ISO 9001 compliant.

Because this tubing is REACH, RoHS, and ISO compliant, it addresses the production and use of chemical substances and their impacts on health and the environment. Reinforced durability.

This material is ideal for preventing our tubing from being damaged and causing the inner contents to leak and flow outside the tubing due to external damage. Can be custom-made to your requirements.

If you require bespoke reinforced PVC tubing, we can make it to your specification. Don’t hesitate to contact our office to discuss your requirements for a free, no-obligation quotation.
