How is our Diesel Fuel Hose made?
We manufacture our high-quality diesel fuel hose in the United Kingdom from a specially formulated blend of PVC and nitrile rubber compound. The three-layer construction is then reinforced with 24 polyester braid, making it a very durable and reliable choice for fuel delivery systems. This hose is designed for use with diesel engines, biodiesel, fuel injection systems, and diesel oil.
The nitrile rubber provides resistance to fuel, oil, and prolonged diesel exposure, making it ideal for diesel fuel pipes and oil hoses and compatible with standard fuel pipe fittings.
The hose is heated and chemically bonded to achieve stainless-steel strength and resilience, capable of withstanding both high- and low-pressure fuel delivery. It’s suitable for use with fuel and diesel tanks, as well as in fuel pipelines, diesel delivery hoses, and hose reels.

Technical Details
The quoted working pressures are calculated from short-term burst pressures at 20°C, applying a 4:1 safety factor. The maximum recommended working temperature is 45°C. At temperatures above 20°C, working pressures and the safety factor will be affected.
At temperatures below -25°C, the bend radius and flexibility may be compromised. Our hoses are designed to be compatible with various fuel types, including biodiesel, ensuring high performance across a range of fuel delivery applications.
